Say Goodbye to Wrinkles for Good
Most women today face a dilemma called skin aging. This is a natural transformation of the skin that can be prevented by a whole lot of ways. One of these means is known as facial exercises. Doing these exercises yield great results when they are done properly and regularly.
In preparation for the exercise, have your face moisturized. You can do this by rubbing a lubricant or mineral oil on your face or just by applying the moisturizer you use daily. You can also just splash your face with water if you want. Never ever start the exercise without moisturizing your face or when you have a dry skin.
In these facial exercises, five parts or areas of the face will be given attention to. These are the eye region, chin, neck area, scalp and mouth. Exercising these areas of the face will really make your skin look younger and firmer.
Eye Area
The eyes can truly indicate signs of aging especially for those people who are always stressed or those who lack sleep. So here's how to improve the appearance of your eye area. %u2022 Place your fingers in your temples and pull back slightly. %u2022 Keep your fingers pressed on your temples and close your eyes. Remain in this position for about two to three seconds. %u2022 Do this exercise for 25 to 50 times.
This exercise would really improve the feeling around the eye area and remove the saggy feeing. You can do two sets of this exercise everyday to obtain best results.
Chin Area
To keep your chin firm and get rid of loose skin, pull your lower lip upward and hold this position for approximately 5 seconds. This position should make your chin look protruded at the front. Afterwhich, pull you chin down and feel the stretch of the muscles at your chin area. Take note that your head should be straight all throughout this exercise. To obtain greater results, do this for two sets at 20 repetitions per day.
Scalp Region
This exercise is also a way to minimize the lines on your forehead and lighten up your face. You can do this exercise by raising your eyebrows and holding that position for approximately 2 -3 seconds. You will fill a slight stretch at the upper region of your face. Next, pull back your ear muscles and let the contraction feeling at the back of your forehead hold for about 2 - 3 seconds. By doing this exercise everyday for five minutes, your face will feel a lot lighter.
Muscles around the mouth
This exercise is mainly to attain a fuller mouth. To begin with, place your two index fingers inside your mouth and pull your mouth at a sideward direction. Clean your hands before doing this exercise so as to avoid bacteria. After extending your mouth in about a quarter or about three eighths of an inch maybe, contract your mouth until your two fingers touch. Repeat the process 25 to 50 times a day to get the best results.
Neck Region
To be able to eliminate that undesirable loose skin at the front of your neck, tilt your head backwards and put your tongue at the ceiling of your mouth. Make sure that when you tilt your head, your chin is slightly pointing upward. Hold that position for approximately 2 - 3 seconds. Let down your chin slowly, making sure that your tongue is still at the position mentioned above. You can do this for 2 sets a day with 20 repetitions.
